These terms govern the use of DummyFlyNStay. This is a working draft pending legal review.
1. The service
DummyFlyNStay provides temporarily held flight and hotel reservations with verifiable booking references, delivered as PDF documents by email. A held reservation is not a purchased ticket and does not entitle you to travel or accommodation. It expires automatically at the end of its hold window.
2. Intended use
Our documents are supporting documents for visa applications and similar administrative purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the traveller details you provide, for the rest of your application, and for complying with the rules of the authority you apply to.
3. No visa advice
DummyFlyNStay is a travel documentation service, not a visa advisory or law firm. Nothing on this site or in our communications constitutes legal advice or a guarantee that a visa will be granted.
4. Orders and payment
Prices are shown before payment and charged in EUR via Stripe. An order is accepted when payment succeeds; the reservation is then confirmed by our back office and delivered by email, usually within 30 minutes.
5. Accuracy of names
Traveller names must match the passport exactly, including middle names. We issue documents using the data you provide; errors in that data are your responsibility, though we will correct them once free of charge when flagged before issuance.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. We are not liable for visa decisions, missed appointments, or losses arising from the expiry of a hold window communicated on the document.
