Refund policy

When we refund, and when we cannot. This is a working draft pending legal review.
1. Document not accepted or not verifiable
If a document we issued cannot be verified during its stated validity window, or was not accepted because of an error on our side, we re-issue it or refund you in full — your choice.
2. Before issuance
If you cancel before your reservation has been issued, we refund the full amount.
3. Visa refusals
A refused visa is not grounds for a refund: the reservation performed its role as a supporting document, and the decision rests entirely with the consulate.
4. After delivery
Once a correct document has been delivered, the service is considered performed and refunds are limited to the cases above.
5. How to request
Email reservations@dummyflynstay.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
