Step 1
Search
Enter your route or destination and the exact dates on your visa application form. The dates on the document should match the dates you declare.
Step 2
Add traveller names
One card per traveller. Names must match the passport exactly, including middle names — this is the detail consulates check first.
Step 3
Pay securely
Stripe checkout with cards, iDEAL, Bancontact, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Discount codes and returning-customer discounts apply automatically when eligible.
Step 4
Receive your reservation
Our back office confirms the hold and the PDF with your verifiable booking reference arrives by email, usually within 30 minutes.
Your three options, honestly compared
There are three honest ways to show travel plans in a visa application. Each has downsides — including ours.

Consulates advise against buying tickets before the visa is granted. A held reservation is the proportionate option: it proves intent without the financial risk.
What a held reservation is not
- It is not travel. You cannot board a plane or check in to a hotel with it — it expires automatically after the hold window.
- It is not a guarantee of a visa. It is one supporting document among many; the decision rests with the consulate.
- It is not permanent. If your appointment is delayed beyond the validity window, order a fresh reservation for the new dates.
